  • We offer Standard and Express shipping options.
  • Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while Express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.
  • We offer free Standard shipping for orders over $50.
  • We reserve the right to change our delivery fees at any time without notice.

Delivery Process:

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can track your order online using the tracking number provided.
  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure that the address is correct and complete.
  • If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery.
  • If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange for redelivery.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of packages after they have been delivered to the address provided.

Returns:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • Please contact us by email or phone to initiate the return process.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
  • We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
